The Parasite first appears in Volume 2 as a mysterious, gravely injured entity that takes refuge inside Leonard Mitchell’s mind, presenting itself as a benevolent guest seeking only temporary shelter while it heals. Over the course of the series it gradually reveals itself to be Pallez Zoroast, a former high-ranking member of the Zoroast family and a Sequence 1 Parasite who has survived for millennia by successively possessing descendants. Its relationship with Leonard shifts from cautious manipulation to reluctant mentorship, culminating in an uneasy alliance that allows both to advance their respective goals.
Physical Description
A presence that manifests only as a voice described as slightly aged, existing within another person's mind rather than having a visible physical form. The voice carries the weight of experience and speaks with purpose about recovery and future plans.
