Steel Inquisitors

Steel Inquisitors begin in The Well of Ascension as terrifying Hemalurgic enforcers of the Lord Ruler—robed figures whose eye-spikes grant them Allomantic and Feruchemical abilities. Across the series their role shifts from instruments of divine tyranny to pawns in larger cosmic schemes, their very existence exposing the dangerous mechanics of Hemalurgy. By later volumes they become both symbols of corrupted power and cautionary examples of how spikes can be turned against their creators, culminating in revelations about their potential redemption or destruction once the true nature of Ruin and Preservation is understood.
