The oppressed laboring class enslaved under the Final Empire, forced to toil in ash-covered fields and factories while nobles exploit them. They form the backbone of Kelsier's rebellion, rising up after his martyrdom to overthrow the Lord Ruler. Post-empire, skaa gain power but face new challenges like mists and ashfall.
