Renoux Mansion begins as a vacant, decaying estate on the outskirts of Fellise, purchased by Kelsier to serve as a front for the skaa rebellion. Under the stewardship of the kandra impersonating Lord Renoux, it transforms into a bustling noble household that conceals weapons shipments, recruits, and secret meetings. By the end of the first book, the mansion is abandoned after its role in the rebellion is exposed, marking the end of its brief but pivotal existence as a sanctuary for the underground movement.
