Marius au Raa

Minor

His mismatched eyes gleam with a sharp, covetous hunger that makes the air feel thicker. There's an unsettling spider-like grace to his knobby limbs, as if he's always calculating the web around him. You can't help but wonder what fragile thing he'll ensnare next.

Marius au Raa emerges in the Red Rising Saga as the deformed and shadowy son of Romulus au Raa, a misshapen figure lurking in the formidable power structure of House Raa on the Rim. Marked by a brutal slashing that severs his right ear and threatens his eye, he embodies the stoic resilience of his people amid the escalating war against Darrow's forces. Though his role is confined to Iron Gold thus far, Marius flanks his father in pivotal moments, hinting at untapped potential beneath his spider-like form and covetous gaze as Rim politics intensify.

Physical Description

An ugly Gold in his mid-twenties with a crisp dark goatee and close-cropped hair frames his overgrown forehead and jaw. Intelligent mismatched eyes peer from an anemic, rabbit-skinned face marred by small brown splotches on his neck. His spider-like frame features knobby joints and spindly appendages that lend him a covetous, predatory air.
