The Allied Fleet begins as a modest, hastily assembled coalition of Augustan, Cordanii, Telemanus, and Norvo warships in Golden Son, serving as the first concrete expression of Darrow’s growing network of allies. Over the course of the series, this ad-hoc gathering matures into a disciplined, multi-planet armada whose command structure, logistics, and political legitimacy are repeatedly tested by betrayal, attrition, and the demands of total war. Its evolution mirrors the larger struggle for Solar-system-wide reform: what starts as a desperate rendezvous becomes the decisive instrument that topples the Society’s old order and installs a new Republic.
