Ganymede Shipyards begins as a distant, almost mythic industrial fortress in the outer Solar System, yet by the later books it has become the decisive fulcrum on which the fate of the Republic turns. Initially a symbol of Gold naval supremacy, the yards are seized, sabotaged, and rebuilt in rapid succession, each transformation mirroring the larger war’s shifting momentum. What was once a citadel of the Society is ultimately reforged into the Republic’s most vital ship-building heart, its docks echoing with the clang of both creation and destruction.
