Magic SystemLembas consists of very thin crisp cakes of elven waybread with light brown baked exterior and cream-colored interior. Wrapped in leaves for preservation, the delicate wafers provide exceptional sustenance unlike dense cram or heavy rations. They are broken into wafers for eating and sustain long journeys with minimal weight.
