Lord Devlon leads an Illyrian camp, holding authority in a world shaped by strict custom and martial power. His meeting with the newcomers establishes him as an antagonistic force, his presence rooted in command and resistance. The text marks him as an older, imposing male whose colored Siphons are among his clearest visual signs.
Description
Devlon is a tall, broad-shouldered older male with a commanding, stern presence. Siphons of varying colors sit on the backs of his hands, unmistakable against his practical attire. The text does not specify his complexion, hair, eyes, or facial details, so those should remain open in a visual rendering.
