Spring Court Manor begins as the opulent, rose-draped seat of Tamlin’s power in A Court of Thorns and Roses, but its character shifts dramatically as the series unfolds. After the manor is sacked by Hybern’s forces and Tamlin’s alliance with the mortal realm collapses, the estate becomes a symbol of fractured loyalties and lost sovereignty. By the later books it stands largely abandoned, its once-vibrant halls echoing with the consequences of Tamlin’s choices and the Spring Court’s diminished standing.
