Shadow Servants
creatureShadowy humanoid forms with barely discernible features, wearing loose flowing cobweb gowns, able to walk through walls
Shadow Servants begin as enigmatic, barely corporeal attendants in the Spring Court, gliding through walls in their cobweb gowns to serve Tamlin’s household. As the series unfolds, their role expands from silent domestic aides to subtle instruments of political maneuvering and surveillance, their presence increasingly tied to the shifting power dynamics of Prythian’s courts. By later volumes, they evolve into symbols of the courts’ hidden machinations, their intangible nature allowing them to ferry secrets and enforce the will of High Lords without ever drawing a blade.
