Alexander Zhitinsky is mentioned in the afterword as the writer of a novella set in a world of reincarnation. The idea for that work came from Andrei Chertkov, connecting Zhitinsky to the collection’s wider literary conversation. He is referenced as a real-life author rather than developed as a character.
Description
The text identifies Zhitinsky as a Soviet and Russian writer but offers no description of his appearance. His build, height, skin tone, hair, eyes, facial features, and clothing are unspecified. A faithful visual portrait should therefore avoid assigning him details the text does not provide.
