Dkar’s courteous words sit uneasily beside the cold, unblinking gaze of a creature built on a scale that is hard to ignore. Scales, long limbs, and a fine forked tongue give his calm presence a strange, almost ceremonial menace.

Dkar appears as an ambassador of the grags, addressing his human interlocutors with intimate-sounding courtesies that sharpen rather than soften his alien presence. Seated, he can seem merely the height of a tall man; standing, he unfolds into a three-meter giant with long arms, scaly features, and an unwavering stare. His role as an antagonist is carried as much by that unsettling contrast between polished address and predatory anatomy as by any overt display of force.
Description
Dkar is a three-meter-tall grag, though while seated he can seem about the height of a tall human. His neck and face are scaly, and his long arms end in nimble, grasping hands with three fingers apiece. Bulging, cold eyes stare without lids or a blink, while a narrow, forked tongue adds to his distinctly reptilian appearance. He holds himself with an unnerving composure, his sheer scale making even stillness feel imposing.
