Petya Bubkin is less a vivid presence than a name hovering behind a screen, the sort of ordinary figure who might pass unnoticed in the vastness of the internet. His anonymity makes the question of ownership feel all the sharper.

Petya Bubkin is introduced as a hypothetical internet pirate and text thief. He hosts another author's manuscript on his personal webpage under his own name, embodying the casual theft of creative work in the online world. No further personal history or appearance is provided.
Description
Petya Bubkin has no specified physical appearance: the text gives no details of his height, build, coloring, hair, eyes, face, or clothing. For a visual depiction, keep him visually ordinary and anonymous rather than inventing distinctive traits. His only clear context is the contemporary world of a personal webpage and online writing.
