He has the uneasy, faintly comic look of someone who never quite sits still: short and plump, with greenish skin and little eyes that seem to skitter from one detail to the next. The strange ultraviolet writing on his forehead makes him feel like a visitor carrying a private language in plain sight.

The visitor arrives as a short, plump green-skinned humanoid, an alien scout whose loyalties have shifted between the Empire of Eight Suns and the Great Molecular Mind. Beneath the silver suit and ultraviolet inscription is a being whose body proves radically mutable: he breaks apart into mist, liquid, and grey dust, then is reassembled by femtobots. His return to humanoid form leaves him both an unsettling emissary and a living demonstration of powers beyond ordinary biology.
Description
He is a short, plump humanoid with greenish skin and small, restless eyes. Glowing ultraviolet letters mark his forehead, an unmistakable feature against his compact face. He wears a silver jumpsuit and boots with magnetic soles, giving his appearance a distinctly alien, utilitarian finish. His demeanor is fidgety and faintly awkward, a curious contrast to the strange precision of his clothing.
