Shlanagasi-5213 is an arresting meeting of human presence and machine mass: a familiar human upper body set above an imposing assembly of moving parts. The quiet whirr of servomotors and the promise of wheels give him a practical, formidable air.

Known as the senior overseer of the first twelve halls, Shlanagasi-5213 is more than half mechanical, combining a human head and upper torso with Arcturian cybernetic parts. His design includes servomotors, prosthetic limbs, and a wheeled chassis that deploys for movement. In battle, he wields a sawed-off shotgun, bringing the utilitarian force of his mechanical body to bear.
Description
Shlanagasi-5213 has a human head and upper torso with Southeast Asian features; the text does not specify his complexion, hair, eyes, or precise facial details. More than half his body is mechanical, built from heavy Arcturian components with prosthetic limbs and visible servomotors. A wheeled chassis can deploy for mobility, making his silhouette broad, industrial, and unmistakably cybernetic. His presence is functional and imposing, with no specific clothing described.
