Vasek has the impish air of a creature who knows exactly how far a joke can go—and when to vanish before anyone catches him. A crafty gaze and an undignified little habit make him feel less like a solemn guardian spirit than a gleeful troublemaker.

Vasek is a domovoy known through the barracks’ stories as a resourceful, mischievous spirit. In one tale, he is said to have stood guard over an honor pennant, carried it off to the restroom, and outwitted Kamnoedov. His legend depends on quick wits and comic irreverence rather than any further account of his life.
Description
Vasek is identified as a domovoy, but his size, build, coloring, hair, eyes, facial structure, and clothing are not described. The only suggested visual mannerism is a crafty look, paired with the crude habit of picking his nose. His character is conveyed as sly and impish rather than through specific physical traits. No more precise appearance is established.
