Twelve-year-old Volodya Pushkarev is a young leader among Moscow’s homeless children, carrying a dream of space that reaches beyond his difficult surroundings. His thoughtful gaze and Tamagotchi give him a tenderly ordinary side, while the real space suit he wears makes his yearning vivid and unmistakable. He stands at once as a child rooted in the city and as someone looking toward the stars.
Description
Volodya is twelve, with large, thoughtful eyes that give his young face a contemplative, intent expression. His hair, skin tone, build, and other facial features are not specified. He carries an electronic Tamagotchi, and his most striking outfit is a real space suit, which lends his youthful figure an unexpectedly grand silhouette. His presence is serious and quietly determined.
