Description
Cascadia is a petite, nasty little woman with a gaunt, pinched face that seems perpetually twisted in disapproval, her beady eyes glinting with malice under thin, arched brows. Her sallow skin stretches tight over sharp cheekbones, framed by stringy, unkempt hair that falls in greasy strands around her narrow shoulders. Slim and wiry in build, she hunches slightly in a rumpled announcer's uniform—faded jacket with mismatched buttons, bulky headset clamped over her ears, microphone hovering before thin, sneering lips. Faint stress lines etch her forehead and the corners of her mouth, amplifying her unlikable, spiteful presence. She exudes a frantic energy, as if always on the verge of shrieking the next unwelcome decree.
