Frito

He lurks in corners with a gnoll's predatory slouch, mangy fur reeking faintly of smoke and wild plains. Yellow eyes scan with bored vigilance, fangs glinting in a lazy snarl. There's a mercenary reliability to his presence, solid as the bed he installs.

Frito and his gnoll pack appear across chapters 31-33 as supporting guards, installing beds and training rooms, smoking in corners, and escorting with steadfast duty. Their consistent role as hired muscle provides dungeon security without deeper arc, fading after their tasks. They represent the reliable, unremarkable guardians in the crawler's world.
Description
A muscular adult male gnoll with hyena-like features, covered in coarse, mangy brown fur streaked with gray. Long muzzle filled with sharp fangs, yellow eyes glowing with watchful cunning, tall pointed ears twitching. Clad in simple mercenary guard armor—leather straps, metal plates, utility belt. Often seen smoking, posture slouched yet alert, exuding a rough, dutiful presence.
