She lurches on roller skates, a bear twisted into clownish terror, skull face glaring with round red eyes under a fused pink hat. Wriggling worm paws mop the ground, tutu fluttering absurdly over silver fur. The air chills with her unnatural, undulating menace.

Heather the Bear, a transformed black bear circus horror in Chapters 7 and beyond, starts unconscious under Water Lily spell with exposed skull face, round red eyes, worm front paws, roller skates on back legs, fused tattered pink clown hat, ruff, and tutu. Burning reveals her skeleton and worms; custard heals but kills worms, dropping skates and hat, reforming fur into an elderly dying bear losing monstrosity. As a boss mob sacrifice, she highlights the dungeon's macabre transformations.
