Dungeon Crawler Carl · Character
Hunter Iota

- First seen · Book 5 · Ch. 52
There's an otherworldly unease in his wide bug eyes, unblinking and probing like an insect sizing up its next curiosity. His drawl slurs with alien liquor, a thin frame swaying on uneven legs amid the scent of stale sweat and alien craft. You can't shake the feeling he's crafting something insidious just out of sight.

Hunter Iota starts as a drunken, one-legged alien crafter lurking in the dungeon's shadows, his bug-eyed gaze fixed on potential loot amid the chaos. He crosses paths with Carl in a fatal miscalculation, his chest crushed underfoot in a brutal end that sees his glowing nipple rings looted as trophies. Reduced to a mangled corpse picked apart by dinosaurs, he embodies the disposable cruelty of the crawler's underbelly, a minor antagonist snuffed out without ceremony.
Description
Towering yet gaunt, Hunter Iota's tall thin frame is cloaked in pale, weathered skin etched with deep wrinkles and prominent veins. His heart-shaped head bears two humps fringed with coarse black hairs, topped by wide, unblinking bug eyes that gleam with alien intensity. Four red nipples align vertically down his shirtless chest, the largest at the top encircled by glowing piercings that pulse faintly. Torn brown pants hang loosely on his hips, one leg ending abruptly above the knee in a ragged stump. He carries the unsteady poise of intoxication, his thin limbs gesturing with erratic precision.
