Orthrus bounds in with double the puppy chaos, two heads vying for attention amid a storm of wet fur and wagging enthusiasm. Orthrus appears as a massive two-headed puppy in the background, his fuzzy form and playful antics providing light relief amid the dungeon grind. Restored by Heal Critter and growing taller after exiting a bubble, he remains a beloved 'good boy' in Carl's orbit. Though minor, his juvenile energy and aliases like 'lil pup' endear him through background moments.
