Chopper

Chopper is first introduced in Book 1 as a mysterious, possibly sentient chainsaw that Carl acquires early in the dungeon crawl. Across the series, Chopper evolves from a simple, brutal melee weapon into a progressively more complex, possibly sapient entity with its own motivations and growing bond with Carl. Its upgrades and transformations mirror Carl's own rise in power and moral complexity, becoming both a tool of survival and a symbol of the dungeon's dark humor and escalating stakes.
