Gam Oben
MinorJade gleams at his neck, nose, and wrists—a greener man in body and spirit, carrying himself with the confidence of one who wields significant power.
Gam Oben appears solely in the opening novel of the Green Bone Saga as a loyal but doomed lieutenant of the Mountain clan. Serving as Second Fist to Gont Asch, he attempts to assassinate Kaul Hiloshudon during a street confrontation, inflicting a serious wound before fleeing. His arc concludes when he offers a clean blade in ritual combat and is swiftly killed by Pillar Kaul Lanshinwan, underscoring the brutal code of honor that governs Kekon’s jade warriors. With his death in Jade City, Gam Oben exerts no further influence on later installments.
