Charlie Weasley is a practical, warmhearted dragon keeper whose work has left him with a large shiny burn on one muscular arm. He returns to his family with red hair, a green rosette, and the same cheerful competence that carries him from tending dragons to preparing fireproof gear. He reassures Ginny, shares a fond goodbye with her, and warns Harry about the Hungarian Horntail. His news about the dragon eventually reaches Mrs. Weasley, drawing him into the family’s anxious orbit around the tournament.
Description
Charlie is a stocky, muscular man, shorter than Percy and Ron, with a broad face weathered by the elements and scattered with freckles. His hair is red, and his open, good-natured expression makes him seem approachable despite his sturdy build. A large, shiny burn marks one muscular arm. He favors practical clothing, often with his sleeves rolled up, and can be seen wearing a green rosette or a fireproof balaclava; his manner is brisk, cheerful, and capable.
