Evan Rosier is named among the followers of Voldemort, a figure whose history belongs to the earlier struggle against the Dark Lord. The account recalls that he was killed in a struggle with Aurors, resisting violently rather than surrendering quietly. Beyond that brief, grim trace, the book leaves his character and personal history largely unknown.
