Hassan Mostafa is the small, skinny wizard in golden robes who officiates at the Quidditch World Cup, carrying a crate and broomstick and wearing a whistle beneath his impressive mustache. The veela’s presence catches him off guard, and his conspicuous excitement ends with a sharp intervention from a mediwizard. Once the spell of the moment passes, he is left looking distinctly embarrassed.
Description
Mostafa is small and skinny, with a completely bald head and a large, sweeping mustache that stands out as his defining feature. His robes are pure gold, bright enough to match the stadium’s spectacle, and a silver whistle protrudes from beneath his mustache. A wooden crate and broomstick often occupy his arms, while his lively, showmanlike presence can give way to an awkwardly sheepish look.
