The Tree has the unsettling stillness of a carved figure that has quietly begun to notice the world. Yellow and orange light burns beneath its hood, while its voice sounds like wood being slowly shaped—strange, measured, and unexpectedly vulnerable.

The Tree first appears as a wooden replica of Jason, cloaked in rough undyed robes and marked by glowing yellow-and-orange eyes. Though it bears a Gold-rank aura, its power is lesser, and its manner is at first flat and unnervingly still. In its conversations with Jason, the wooden double reveals a confused, childlike interior beneath its uncanny exterior, and the encounter leaves room for a fragile spark of hope. It becomes less a simple imitation than a being struggling to understand its own soul.
Description
The Tree has a wooden face and hands, its body resembling a carved replica of Jason beneath rough, undyed cloth robes and a hooded cloak. Bright yellow-and-orange eyes glow from within the hood, contrasting with the muted grain and texture of its wooden flesh. Its silhouette is humanoid and still, often seeming almost statue-like, though it can float slowly. The overall impression is solemn and uncanny, like a living figure cut from a tree and dressed in plain, coarse fabric.
