Cowl appears only briefly, identified as a powerful mage positioned on the rooftops. The story offers little about his personal history or motives, but his reputation and snakeskin hide mark him as an imposing force in the city’s hidden struggles. His limited appearance leaves him enigmatic, more threat and atmosphere than fully revealed person.
Description
Cowl is described as a powerful mage wearing a snakeskin hide, a distinctive garment with a striking, scaled texture. No details are given about his face, hair, eyes, coloring, or build, so these should remain undefined. His presence is best conveyed through the force implied by his bearing and the unusual, reptilian pattern of his clothing.
