Known as the Eel, this elusive figure operates through Circle Breaker, whose knowledge does not extend to the full design behind his master’s plans. He sends messages, approves efforts concerning Lady Sinital, and works against Turban Orr’s attempts to proclaim himself. The Eel is also identified as the one who ordered Lorn’s death, but the text leaves his identity and personal history concealed.
Description
No physical appearance is given for the Eel: his age, build, coloring, hair, eyes, face, and clothing remain unknown. The text presents him through his secretive role and actions rather than a visible portrait. Any specific visual features would be conjectural.
