Garv leads the Church of the Survivor, emerging in the tense moments near the cavern mouth as believers face the world's unraveling. As a minor skaa religious figure, he represents the fragile hope clinging to Kelsier's legacy amid the ashfalls and mists, his stocky presence a rallying point for the faithful. In the empire's final throes, his role underscores the enduring spirit of rebellion turned to worship.
