Luthadel is the heart of the Final Empire, a sprawling capital divided between noble grandeur and the hardship of skaa life. Description
Luthadel sprawls beneath a dim veil of falling ash, its buildings stained dark with soot and its streets paved in black cobblestones. Ash gathers along the roads and over the crowded districts, where the Cracks and working smithies contrast with the city’s noble quarters. Kredik Shaw rises above it all, an imposing imperial palace that gives the capital its unmistakable silhouette.
