Independence Tower stands as the architectural centerpiece of Bilming, rising as a massive, unfinished spire that symbolizes the Set's growing power and ambition. Across the series, it evolves from a mere fortified headquarters into a heavily defended fortress that dominates the city's skyline, representing the organization's strategic stronghold in the region. The tower's unfinished upper floors serve as both a literal and metaphorical representation of the Set's incomplete plans and their ultimate downfall.
