The Metals Belt emerges in the Wax & Wayne era as a specialized tactical tool designed for Allomancers, evolving from a simple breakaway gunbelt with aluminum-lined sheaths into a sophisticated delivery system for Allomantic grenades. Its design philosophy centers on the critical need for Allomancers to maintain access to their metals while simultaneously being able to deploy them as weapons through the detachable pouches that respond to Allomantic Pushes. The belt represents the technological adaptation of traditional Allomantic practices to modern law enforcement and combat scenarios, bridging the gap between the metallic arts of the Final Empire and the industrialized age of Scadrial.
