Officer Aylen first appears in Fugitive Telemetry as a composed yet visibly stressed special investigator whose calm, dry demeanor under pressure marks her as a capable law-enforcement presence on Preservation Station. Despite the danger, she instinctively shields a civilian, Gamila, during a confrontation, revealing a protective instinct that transcends her professional role. Across the series, her introduction establishes her as a grounded foil to the more chaotic elements of the station’s security apparatus, hinting at future potential for deeper involvement in the station’s evolving relationship with rogue SecUnits and independent humans.
