The Missing Module first appears in Fugitive Telemetry as an oblong pressurized cargo container repurposed for human transport, its ribbed interior and folded racks hinting at a utilitarian past. Over the course of the series it evolves from a simple transfer pod into a recurring symbol of liminal space—part refuge, part trap—where identities are negotiated and secrets surface. Its stark, utilitarian design becomes a recurring backdrop for tense confrontations and quiet revelations, underscoring themes of displacement and makeshift belonging.
