The Secondary Colony Site emerges in System Collapse as a long-abandoned settlement on a plateau, its carved chambers and infrastructure hinting at a once-thriving community. Its discovery forces Murderbot and its human allies to confront the planet’s hidden history, revealing that the original colonists were deliberately erased from records. The site’s strategic value—landing pads, agricultural terraces, and water facilities—turns it into a contested asset during the corporate conflict, shifting its role from archaeological curiosity to tactical stronghold.
