Rina first appears as one of Bo's female companions, fussing over the exhausted sorcerer with quiet care. She reveals herself as a skilled kennelmaster, working with powerful mastiff dogs in the mountains, tracking and guiding with equal parts gentleness and authority. Throughout the story she remains a steady, understated presence in the background of larger conflicts.
Description
A sturdy woman with sun-weathered skin and practical dark mountain clothing consisting of sturdy trousers, wool jacket, and boots built for rough terrain. She has a low gentle voice and moves with the quiet confidence of someone accustomed to working with large animals. Her hands are strong and capable, her expression kind but firm, often seen crouched among her three large mastiff dogs held by leather harnesses.
