Black Street Barbers Headquarters

Also known as the Barbers' den, Barbers' apartments

building
dilapidated industrial slum

Dilapidated two-story line of apartments constructed from ancient, poorly made mud bricks that appear structurally unsound. The ground floor operates as a barbershop with multiple chairs, a long bar with liquor bottles, and an enormous wine cask. Rusty blood stains are visible on the brick floor beneath the chairs. The upper floor contains dormitories. Outside, gang members loiter in chairs or throw dice on the pavement. The entire complex has a seedy, neglected appearance befitting a gang of professional killers disguised as barbers.
