Lagalos is a remote, strategically vital asteroid outpost in the Red Rising Saga that first emerges in Iron Gold as a contested frontier stronghold. Its significance grows as it becomes a flashpoint in the post-Society civil war, serving as both a refuge and a battleground for the rising factions. Across the series, Lagalos evolves from a mere footnote in the war’s logistics into a symbol of the fractured new order, its shifting control reflecting the broader struggle for power among the Republic, the Society Remnant, and independent warlords.
