Nucleus appears in Red Rising Saga.

Nucleus emerges in Light Bringer as the hidden, high-tech heart of the Rim Dominion, a vast subterranean complex that serves as both the seat of power for the Raa family and the last redoubt of the ancient, pre-Color society. Over the course of the novel, the facility transitions from a secretive stronghold to a battle-scarred crucible when Darrow’s forces breach its defenses, exposing its role in the Rim’s genetic and technological experiments. By the story’s climax, Nucleus is left physically fractured yet symbolically intact, its survival underscoring the enduring tension between the Rim’s isolationist heritage and the rising tide of pan-system revolution.
