The Rim Dominion Warship first appears in Iron Gold as a sleek vessel bearing electric dragon insignia, serving as a mobile base for Diomedes au Raa during the Dominion's tense standoff with the Republic. Though not the legendary destroyer Charybdis, its red-X loading bay and prisoner cells mark it as a versatile warship capable of both combat and covert operations. Its introduction signals the Rim's re-emergence as a major power, foreshadowing larger confrontations that will test the fragile peace between the Core and the Rim.
