Scepter Armada appears in Red Rising Saga.

The Scepter Armada first appears in Golden Son as a dormant, symbolically potent fleet whose existence is whispered about in the halls of power. Across the later books it evolves from a mere rumor into a decisive military asset, its loyalty shifting from the Sovereign to the Rising as Darrow and his allies capture or suborn its dreadnoughts. By the final volumes the once-mythic armada becomes the backbone of the Republic’s deep-space strike capability, its battered hulls serving as both war-winning weapons and living monuments to the cost of rebellion.
