The Scepter Armada first appears as a distant, almost mythical presence in Golden Son, representing the might of the Rim Dominion and the Obsidian-led forces of the Rim. Over the course of the series, the Armada transforms from a remote threat into a decisive player in the Solar War, shifting from isolationist neutrality to active intervention on behalf of the Rising. Its evolution mirrors the broader political realignment of the Rim, culminating in its decisive role in the final confrontations that reshape the Society.
