Water Plaza begins as a bustling civilian market in Heliopolis and transforms into a grim military nexus during the Rising’s later campaigns. In Dark Age it serves dual purposes as both a staging ground for war rallies and an emergency triage center, underscoring how the war has reshaped every corner of society. Its evolution mirrors the saga’s shift from hopeful rebellion to the brutal logistics of holding power.
