The Demon Helm begins as a bulky, functional piece of Red operative gear in Golden Son and evolves into a more refined, psychologically menacing design by Morning Star. Its transformation mirrors the Rising's shift from crude rebellion to sophisticated warfare, with the helmet's demonic visage becoming both a tactical asset and a symbol of terror. The progression from heavy military hardware to a sleek composite with voice-warping capabilities reflects the technological and ideological maturation of Darrow's forces.
