NeoPlast Swords first appear in Iron Gold as child-sized training weapons, representing the safe, controlled environment of the new generation's upbringing. These lightweight polymer blades serve as both literal and symbolic tools for teaching the next generation of Golds and their allies the art of combat without the lethal consequences of traditional razor weapons. Their introduction marks a thematic shift from the brutal, deadly warfare of the original trilogy to a more nuanced exploration of legacy, training, and the transmission of martial values across generations.
