A young apprentice healer sharing cramped quarters with Boyd and Ash, Harold is eager to pass along the latest news and keen to learn the work. When Ash is away, he is left to manage calculations and proportions, with imperfect results, but he continues to step forward when help is needed. He assists with an injured patient and, when Ash leaves, gives him a book taken from the healers’ library—a small gesture that speaks to his affection and gratitude.
Description
Harold is described as a young male healer’s apprentice, much younger than Ash, with wide eyes that suggest his attentive, eager nature. The text does not specify his height, build, skin tone, hair, facial features, or clothing. His most distinctive visual impression is that of a bright, earnest novice, alert to the people and work around him.
