Lyss is Ash’s younger sister and the princess heir of the Fells, once close enough to him to know him deeply. Four years later, Ash recognizes that she has changed, though the story offers only uncertain traces of where she may be and what has happened to her. Her presence in his thoughts remains a measure of their former intimacy and of how much has come between them.
Description
Lyss is identified as a fifteen-year-old princess heir, but the text gives no dependable description of her face, complexion, hair, eyes, or build. No particular clothing or distinguishing features are established, so her visual design should remain open rather than inferred from her royal status.
