The Needle Summit Crisis

During a massive anti-bank protest that turns into riots, Arkady Pashkin and his men attempt to rob the De Koenig diamond vault in the Needle using the evacuation chaos as cover, while Kelly Tropper flies a plane loaded with fertilizer explosives toward London.

Outcome

Marcus Longridge shoots Pashkin on the roof, diamonds scatter, and the Russian plot is thwarted. Katinsky's attempt to detonate bombs planted by cicadas fails as they no longer respond to his commands.
